At Wine Angels, we believe good wine should travel safely and arrive ready to share with friends.
Each parcel is packed with care — because every bottle carries the spirit of the coast, the joy of connection, and the love that goes into our craft.
Order Processing Time
We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During busy periods (such as holidays, festivals, and special releases), processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Destinations
Wine Angels ships Australia-wide (where legally permitted).
If we are unable to deliver to your address due to courier limitations, remote-area restrictions, or compliance requirements, we will contact you to arrange either:

an alternative delivery option, or
-
a cancellation and refund.
Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

Standard shipping: approx. 3–10 business days (depending on location)

Express shipping: approx. 1–4 business days (available in selected areas)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, weather events, or remote delivery zones.
Tracking
All orders include tracking where available.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, tracking updates are provided by the courier. If tracking appears delayed, please allow additional time for the courier system to refresh.
Adult Signature & Responsible Supply (18+)
Wine Angels is committed to the responsible supply of alcohol.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and agree that deliveries must be received by a person aged 18+.
A signature and/or age verification may be required on delivery depending on the courier and location.
If delivery cannot be completed because no eligible recipient is available, the courier may:

attempt re-delivery, and/or
-
redirect the parcel to a collection point, depot, or post office (where available).
Authority to Leave (ATL) / Safe Delivery Instructions
If you request Authority to Leave or provide instructions for unattended delivery, you accept full responsibility for any:

theft
-
loss
-
damage
-
tampering
-
heat or sun exposure
after the parcel has been marked as delivered.
Because wine is temperature-sensitive, we recommend delivering to an address where someone can receive the parcel promptly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

delivery location
-
order size and weight
-
shipping method selected (standard or express)
From time to time, Wine Angels may offer free shipping or special delivery promotions.
Weather, Heat & Delivery Responsibility
Wine is sensitive to temperature.
Wine Angels takes reasonable care when packing orders for transport. However, we cannot be responsible for spoilage or damage caused by:

parcels left in direct sun

delays in collection
-
unattended delivery requested by the customer

incorrect delivery address provided at checkout
Damaged Parcels, Missing Items & Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assess your claim and provide an appropriate remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our Returns & Refund Policy.
