This website is operated by Wine Angels Australia and hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wine Angels. “You” refers to the customer, visitor, or user of our website.

By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable Australian laws.

2. Responsible Service of Alcohol (18+)

Wine Angels is committed to responsible enjoyment and the legal supply of alcohol.

By purchasing from our store, you confirm that:

you are 18 years of age or older
you are not purchasing alcohol on behalf of a person under 18
you will not supply alcohol to anyone under 18

It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain alcohol for a person under 18 years of age in Australia.

We may:

request valid photo ID where required
refuse supply where we reasonably believe age cannot be verified
cancel and refund orders that do not comply with liquor laws or responsible supply obligations

3. Products, Availability & Orders

We take great pride in curating and crafting our wines.

Product descriptions, images, vintages, tasting notes and availability may change from time to time, including due to:

seasonal supply
vintage updates
label updates
packaging differences

By placing an order, you agree that:

all information you provide (including delivery address and contact details) is accurate and complete
you are purchasing for personal use only unless you have an approved wholesale account

We may cancel or refund an order if:

a product becomes unavailable
pricing is incorrect due to error
an order raises compliance, fraud or safety concerns
we are unable to legally fulfil the order

4. Pricing, Promotions & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

update prices, promotions and product offerings at any time
correct errors (including pricing, product information or availability)

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved payment providers.

We do not store and do not have access to your full card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide via trusted courier partners.

By ordering from Wine Angels, you understand and accept that:

deliveries require a signature from an adult aged 18+
delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, busy periods, or remote delivery zones
if you request Authority to Leave (ATL) or unattended delivery, you accept responsibility for any loss, theft, damage or tampering after delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

We stand by the quality of every bottle.

Our Returns & Refund Policy outlines how we handle damaged/faulty orders and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Please note:

we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been shipped (unless required under ACL)
for safety and compliance reasons, we generally cannot accept alcohol returns unless legally required

we are not responsible for delays, failures or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control (including courier delays, service outages, weather events, or supply interruptions)
